Alexander Pavlov, Associate Professor of the HSE’s Department of Practical Philosophy, has been studying the phenomenon of mass culture and its role in cinema. He gave an interview for the High School Press and shed some light on the subject.

On April 12, 2014 the first HSE spring ball, organized by HSE students from the Faculty of Economics, took place at the Izmailovo Kremlin. About 150 elegantly dressed young ladies and gentlemen danced the waltz and Polonaise, Quadrilles and other ballroom classics.
